No, we do not offer fully customized meal plans. However, we do allow substitutions—you can swap carbs, veggies, and legumes with one another. Additionally, you can add items a la carte, such as extra protein, salads, and juices.
Each individual item in your organic fresh meal plan contains the following portions:
For example, if you select two proteins, you will receive 16 ounces of each protein.
We use heavy-duty, compostable containers that are eco-friendly, leak-proof, and microwave-safe. They are made out of bamboo and corn. These containers are made from plant-based materials to support sustainability while keeping your food fresh and secure.
Our weekly organic menu is released every Sunday. Check it out on our website to see the delicious options we’ve created for the week.
Orders must be placed by Saturday at 11:00 PM to guarantee delivery for the following Monday. Be sure to get your orders in before the cutoff!
We deliver meals every Monday between 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM. You’ll receive a confirmation once your delivery is on its way!
Delivery is $5 for St. Petersburg and South Tampa.
For other areas in Pinellas and Hillsborough County, delivery is $25
Delivery to Clearwater and Palm Harbor is $25 as well.

Yes, we offer catering for a variety of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and private gatherings. We’ll work with you to craft the perfect menu based on your event and dietary needs.
Our meals are made fresh each week and have a shelf life of up to 7 days in the fridge, depending on the ingredients. For longer storage, we recommend freezing your meals.
